9 of 100 Servers Denied SolarWinds Config Backup Job (using SSH)

I have 9 of 100 network devices fail every Sunday when SolarWinds runs a config backup job. I can't ssh to them either when I run a manual SSH from Putty on the SolarWinds server. Well, 7 of the 9 are unreachable. I can ping all 9 of them.  I give up. I assume the  unreachable devices, by SolarWinds, have an older (1024) RSA crypto key but then why would I be able to manually ssh to two of them? SMH.

  - When the SSH fails from the Solarwinds host , then check the logs on the switch  .

Fix this issue - connect the device and check the Logs, any SSH issue or any ACL ? make sure username and password correct to login ?

compare working device vs not working device see the difference, that give indication to fix the issue
