Access Switches with 10Gig accessports

Kindly let me know if there are any access switches with all the 24 or 48 ports as 10Gig capable.

Yes, selected models of the 2960S.

All the options available in 2960S say that they have GigE ports. None of them says that those 48 ports are 10Gig...is there something I am missing? Kindly help...

I think you will find that "access switches" can have 10 Gb uplinks, but not 10 Gb user ports.

Standard user port of current PCs is either 100 Mb or 1Gb, and likely to stay like that for a while.

You want all 24- or 48- ports of 10Gb?  You're looking at a Nexus.

As Leo said a Nexus. You could also use a 4500 or 6500. If you want that many ports at line rate, then I would go with the Nexus.

There has been stiff competition in the 10gig market and I guess cisco will soon match the competitors in this range. As said earlier access switches can be run at 1gb efficiently
