Access to mode level

Hi all

 

I have a question regarding to cisco router C800 series 

 

we have an old router and have old configuration and now we want to use this router again 

I have tried to access to mode level Router> but I couldn't and I keep receiving this messages

so what I have to do to access to mode level and remove the old configuration ?
can anyone help me with that ?

The problem is I can't access to user EXEC mode and  the privilege mode it's not appear in the screen of putty

 

So I can't do anything

The steps above relate to ROMMON, which is accessed immediately after power-on. There is not notion of EXEC. Just enter the commands as they appear in the referenced document.
