can somebody help me with this? i rly don't know what to do and my submission is only an hour left. Ty (sry for bad english)

[MHM Cisco World]

ip access extended mhm
permit icmp host <PC-A> host <PC-B>'

permit icmp host <PC-A> host <PC-C>

deny icmp host <PC-A> host <Server>

permit ip any any log 

then apply this ACL with direction IN to router interface connect to Hosts

should i apply these to the two routers?
