adding entry to existing access list

i am trying to add new entry to an existing named extended access-list CORE but when i try to do so, i get this.

i cannot get the extended access-list name option 

0001(config)#access-list ?
<1-99> IP standard access list
<100-199> IP extended access list
<1100-1199> Extended 48-bit MAC address access list
<1300-1999> IP standard access list (expanded range)
<200-299> Protocol type-code access list
<2000-2699> IP extended access list (expanded range)
<700-799> 48-bit MAC address access list
dynamic-extended Extend the dynamic ACL absolute timer
rate-limit Simple rate-limit specific access list

Extended IP access list CORE
150 permit object-group ACCESS_PORTS object-group REMOTE_ACCESS object-group CORE

my IOS version is Version 15.0(1r)M16

0001(config)# ip access-list ?
