ADSL Cards problem-No sync

Hi all!!

We are having some problems in our Routers equiped with this card EHWIC-VA-DSL-M.

There are some situations in that these card cant sync from the DSLAM but if we use another Router (non CISCO eq) the line syncs.

We change this card in one of this sites with this one

HWIC-1ADSL

and it works.

What is the difference between both cards? From the first one, is it possible to select the ADSL mode , ADSL 2, ADSL traditional, etc.

It is not possible to give an explaination, only Cisco may know. You can contact the TAC, or as you mentioned, use an ADSL itnerface that works.
