After changing PPPOE max session , IPTV not connecting automatically A

On this Te0/0/0.667 subinterface we have more than 200 users. so we set the PPPOE maximum session.

After setting up PPPOE maximum session to 1000 , IPTV not connecting automatically and getting option SKIP or RETRY. after select skip IPTV getting connected.

What will be the issue ? and what configuration we need to check in asr 1001X ?

I think you missing keepalive under PPP 
keepalive 60 20

we set keepalive 12 under ppp is that ok or can i change it to keepalive 60 20

have you tried to clear all PPPOE sessions ? I think the command is:

clear pppoe all

we tried clear pppoe all ( session disconnected and reconnected) but still issue is there
