Hello everyone, and have a nice day
i can see an error on my monitoring system for my ASR9006 router like this
"Facility: PLATFORM-ENVMON; Severity: warning; Message Name: OP_SFP_WARN; Message Text: Port 0/07: Unable to get SFP data. Reason: No such device ".
I did not find any logs on the router related to this alert and I don't know if this alert is critical or not.
thanks for any help.

Hello,
there is a bug that could be related. When you do a 'show inventory' on the ASR9006, do you get the 'Unable to get SFP data' output for Port 0/07 as well ?

- You may also try : #sh controllers interface phy

BTW, do you know low-end SFPs (e.g. SX, LX) generally cannot provide transceiver stats? What kind of SFP is in that port?

i found the Workaround: For the missing interface that are up and operational, and missing in the show inventory, restart the process inv_agent or OIR the LC to recovered.
does restart the process inv_agent will impact services ?
