I have an E1 line that, when connected to a 2800, works ok (60 slipped seconds per interval.) But when connected to a 2600 series router:

On the 2801, you need "network-clock-participate wic 0" and "network-clock-select 1 e1 0/0".
Are you sure you're receiving clock on this circuit ?
However there still too many errors and after the commands above you should have your circuit checked anyway.

It's a 2621. The 2800 works fine. Those commands don't seem to be present on the 2621, and it's just the one WIC.

On my 2611XM, I can enter network-clock-participate, are you sure you can't ?

In the general config mode, on my non-XM router 2621, there is not that command. Oh well, I'm replacing it with another 2800.
