I have an access rule from vlanXXX with 50 security level to a host on vlanYYY with 100 security level. Which works but I also need route traffic to second NIC of the host.
Is it possible to add static to ASA?

A layer 2 fibre link from site A into DC and site A uses ASA for internet traffic and vlanXXX to access hosted VM's plus access to shared VOIP host on vlanYYY. The issue is VOIP host has 2 NIC's 1 pointing to SIP trunk provider via /30 route and the other is nat'd to internet via ASA, the issue is that IP Phones on vlanXXX are unable to route to /30.

Hello,
policy based routing might work. Post the running config of your ASA, and indicate what the IP address is of the second NIC.
