Hi,
I have the following situation described in this article: "https://www.bytesofcloud.net/2018/10/ospf-vpc"
show ip ospf neighbors vlan 387
OSPF Process ID 1 VRF default
Total number of neighbors: 4
Neighbor ID Pri State Up Time Address Interface
10.255.250.251 50 FULL/DROTHER 8w4d 10.20.192.53 Vlan387
10.255.250.252 40 FULL/DROTHER 4w3d 10.20.192.52 Vlan387
10.255.250.253 150 FULL/DR 18w3d 10.20.192.51 Vlan387
193.191.252.65 1 EXSTART/DROTHER 00:00:01 10.20.192.54 Vlan387
show module
Mod Ports Module-Type Model Status
--- ----- ----------------------------------- ------------------ ----------
1 48 1/10 Gbps Ethernet Module N77-F248XP-23E ok
2 48 1/10 Gbps Ethernet Module N77-F248XP-23E ok
5 0 Supervisor Module-2 N77-SUP2E active *
7 12 100 Gbps Ethernet Module N77-F312CK-26 ok
The other options quick fix is to add the command layer 3 peer router.
Anybody else out there that experienced this issue? I have tested the command on EVE-NG 9K and it doesn't seem to cause any interruption on the VPC. Of course not the same as my 7K environment.
I could also not simulate this problem on 9K EVE-NG lab. Maybe this is just an issue with 7K?
