basically the items you have marked are referring to the TCAM capabilities (maximum of IPv4 routes/maximum of IPv6 routes/maximum of multicast routes/maximum of ACL entries/maximum of  QoS entries)

BTW, just wanted to add that:  running out of TCAM resources, for a particular function, usually is a "major" problem, from function being performed much, much, much (did I mention, much) slower to function only partially working, to not working at all, to device not working (effectively) at all.
