ASR-920-24SZ-M ports suddenly go down

One of our customer's ASR-920-24SZ-M had been running for a while until the ports suddenly went down and this error message shows up in the error log:

000191: *Jun 5 16:31:42: %IOSXE-3-PLATFORM: R0/0: cylon_mgr: PacketProcessing ASIC0 to FPGA Linkstatus is down

anyway to fix this?

What is the status after run shut and no shut command? We notice some smilier type of IOS bug. What is the IOS version?

Called Cisco TAC they told me this is a well known hardware issue and we need to RMA the failed device

I am running into the same issue and Cisco TAC is also telling me that I need to RMA the device. Does anyone at Cisco have any further insight into what is happening or why?
