ASR1001-HX crash: Critical process ezman fault on cc_0_0 (rc=134)

Hi Cisco Community

I'v faced a problem on my ASR 1001-HX in its17.3.4a IOS-XE Software which reloaded automatically

The Last Reload Reason when I issue show version command is "Critical process ezman fault on cc_0_0 (rc=134)"

Any one faced this problem before ?

No further information found on Bug Search Tool.

here are some tracelogs just before reloading

Looks for me Bug, upgrade to 17.9.4a and test it

The problem occured once for the moment and I can't reproduce it at will.

I'm waiting for some other feedbacks or bug références. Otherwise, I'll open a case at Cisco support.

Hi @yacine feniche , I have the same issue on my ASR1002-HX WIN ios 17.9.3a .
One year ago, I detected something similar like "silent reboot" and I just made a  upgrade fo IOS !!

I´m waiting for cisco support request too!

yes we are running 17.9.5 - in production.
