ASR1001-X does not store its config

Hello all,

My Cisco Router ASR1001 doesn't store the configuration when I type the write (or copy running-config startup-config). When I reset the device it is configurated defaultly. Do you know if this problem has a solution without sending it to repair?

Besides checking config-reg (@balaji.bandi's has all the details), can you see your start-up config?

You were right!! The configuration register was incorrectly set, so I put it in 0x2102 and now the configuration is correctly stored in the startup-configuration. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
