ASR1001-X Password Recovery

Hello all. We have followed the process for Password recovery, but all the box does is boot back in to rommon mode, nothing else.

Also, if No password recovery was entered in to original config, how can we restore if this was the case?

Thanks in advance

If the command "NO service password-recovery" is used, then performing the "password recovery" will cause the config to be erased.

Thanks Leo, we did follw the process for recovery however it kept either going back to username and password or rommon again. We've now opened a TAC case, but thanks for your help.

If the router is in ROMMON, post the complete output to the command "set".
