ASR1001-X upgrade

I've got ASR router equiped as follows


NAME: "Chassis", DESCR: "Cisco ASR1001-X Chassis"
PID: ASR1001-X


NAME: "module 0", DESCR: "Cisco ASR1001-X SPA Interface Processor"

NAME: "SPA subslot 0/0", DESCR: "Built-in GE SPA with 2 port 10G and 6 port 1G Interfaces"

PID: ASR1001-X

I'm not able to install new software. Can somebody tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks. The output is very helpful.

IOS-XE is currently loaded in Bundle Mode.  Use the command below to unpack the file.

request platform software package expand file bootflash:asr1001x-universalk9.16.12.03.SPA.bin over verb

Don't forget to change the boot variable statement to point to the "packages.conf" file.

conf t
 boot system flash bootflash:packages.conf
end
wr

When this is all done, post the complete output to the following commands: 

more bootflash:packages.conf | i SPA.pkg
sh boot

Please post the complete output to the following commands: 

sh platform | b CPLD
sh version
more bootflash:packages.conf | i SPA.pkg
sh boot

Can you also try the following command: 

request platform software package expand file bootflash:asr1001x-universalk9.16.12.03.SPA.bin over verb
