I have an question about the licensing the cisco ASR-920-24SZ-M in a disconnected network (no internet).
I work for a company with disconnected networks. We have license managers who can login to the CSSM Cisco portal to get us the authorization codes
for the specific ASR920s.
The main problem is that it seems we cannot get the ASR920 licensed or get the right license IN USE.
We tried the following trough smart licensing:
router# show license reservation

router(config)# license smart enable
router(config)# license smart reservation

I provide my license manager with the request code and i got an Authorization + Serialnumber.txt back.
I upload this .txt to my ASR920 trough TFTP to the bootflash:
the router did complain about .txt being not a right file format but i accepted the file format.
and used the following command:
router# license smart reservation install file bootflash:authcodesnr.txt
Reservation install file succesful
Last Confirmation code UDI: PID:ASR-920-24SZ-M, SN,xxxxx

After this ASR920 shows like 7 messages

What do I need to do to make it in-use?
I tried to set the right boot level as well:
router(config)#license boot level metroipaccess
after a reboot it looks likes its still not licensed.
Any help is appreciated
