Hello - this may just be a provisioning issue with AT&T, but I want to make sure all my ducks are in a row. I have a 2691 with two ATM/T1 links going into a VWIC-2MFT-T1. They are configured in a IMA group. I have added a VWIC2-2MFT-T1 and brought in 2 more ATM/T1 links andplugged them in. I have green lights on the card, but the 2 new ATM interfaces(0/1 and 0/2) are down. All 4 controllers are up, but only the 2 original ATM links are up. Here is how I have it configured. Am I missing something?

Tough to tell here what the issue is. If the controllers are up, and we dont see any errors in 'show controllers t1 0/3', our L1 is probably fine.
The next thing we need is to get IMA up on these links. Has the provider confirmed they've configured these links to be in the same IMA group? To get more information, take a look at 'show ima int a0/ima1 detail'. This will break down what is going on with each IMA link, and give you a reason why a link is down.
Most of the time if you see this you just need to ask the provider to restart the IMA group on their switch.

Thank you for the quick response. I think you are right. 'show ima int a0/ima1 detail' shows 'Fe Tx/Rx state notInGroup/notInGroup' for both those new ATMs.
