It is difficult to say without more information such as the config and the type of connection between the two switches. There could be various reasons like STP issues and faulty cables. If possible, I'd recommend attaching your config files and ensure any possible business and confidential information is marked out.

there is no configuration , just L2 , All cables is OK

is there any command to check the switch2 , which port make high traffic to switch1

How are the two switches connected? Is it a port channel with multiple interfaces? If your doing layer 2 only, do you have STP configured? Also to note, Hardware guide for the 2960s states the following for the Port LEDs:

Alternating green-amber

Link fault. Error frames can affect connectivity, and errors such as excessive collisions, cyclic redundancy check (CRC) errors, and alignment and jabber errors are monitored for a link-fault indication.

Amber

Port is blocked by Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) and is not forwarding data.

Note After a port is reconfigured, the port LED can remain amber for up to 30 seconds as STP checks the network topology for possible loops.

Blinking amber

Port is blocked by STP and is not sending or receiving packets.

Though there can be other issues as well. There has to be some sort of configuration. Are you saying your two switches are at factory default? Then how is the configuration between the two switches? Please post your config files if possible.

Hello,

also post the output of 'show log' of both switches...

Hello

How are the switches interconnected   -  trunk or access port, if the later make sure stp portfast is enabled?

Check/change the cabling

Can you post the configuration also?

There is no configuration on both L2 Switches.

Kindly find the diagram and problems

Hello

As all these devices are in the same default vlan then all interfaces as subject to broadcast traffic - so it could be the reason why your experiencing the disconnects.

Anyhow can you post the interface statistics please?

show interface x/x

or show interface 0/3

Hello,

show interfaces FastEthernet0/3

Have you tried setting switch 1 as the root ?

Hello,

try and set the Switch 1 to be the root for Vlan 1:

Switch1(config)#spanning-tree vlan 1 root 1
