hi
i have an urgent problem
i cannot limit bandwidth on 3750 to 256K
its srr-query is percentage of interface speed..I changed the speed into 10 and also srr-ques to 10% so my download speed is now 60k..i want 25k!!!
accouring that policy-service does not work on egress of interface!!!
pleae help

cant you just police or rate-limit directly on the port?

acctually you dont have rate-limit on cisco 3750 interfaces

Although rate limiting is not available there are multiple ways to limit the traffic on your egress interface.
My previous reply in the LAN Switching, and Routing section:

What model and software feature set are you using to accomplish this requirement?
According to the 3750 scg it is possible to reference a police map policy-map by using the service police [input | output] command in interface configuration mode.
Example:
access-list 1 permit 10.1.0.0 0.0.255.255
!
class-map ipclass1
match access-group 1
!
policy-map flow1
class ipclass1
police 256000 32000 exceed-action drop
interface Fa1/0/1
service-policy input flow1
