bind Single LAN IP with particular MAC address

How to bind Single LAN IP with particular MAC address on cisco router and same is allowed by router.

hi you cant statically bind mac to ip address

(conf t) arp 1.1.1.1 aa11.b112.0001 arpa

or bind a static mac to a port or vlan

(conf t) mac address-table static 0000.0000.0001 vlan x
