both dialup lines to be up all time when backup mode

how to make 2 dialup as a backup to my serial connection. we want both dialup to be up at all time once the serial is down. we are using nm-8am module on the router.

Look at the the chapter "configuring dial-up" in the documentation, and the "dialer-threshold" command.
