Hi, I have a new cisco 4221 router .
I put in passwords during initial configs and an IP
Unfortunately, now it cannot accept passwords and i cant access it using GUI yet i can successfully ping it.
I have tried several recovery methods using SSH, Serial port and telnet but still not successful
Kindly assist
