C927 PPPOE Router crashes

Hello everyone.

Cisco 927 VDSL with pppoe configured crushes after dialer succeed.

if I diable the logical VC , router stays synchonized and alive .

when the PPPOE dialer and connects it crushes down.

check crash logs , or logs ? crash mean router reboot automatically ?

The router reboots itself.

And we lose access to it.

So I don't really have a log to chek.

Can i find crashinfo in  FLASH or other name ?

 - Attach a console and keep it connected ,then observe console messages when device crashes (and or starts again) , an easy way to do that is with tools such as PuTTY which can save sessions too, hence you can review outputs after a period of time.

I manage it remotely.

This is the problem and therefore I lose access to it.

There is no choice... I will send a technician there.

Not sure what you mean by 'logical VC' ? What are you disabling exactly ?
