Can't access crash file on 4431

Not exactly sure what I am doing wrong here.  I have a 4431 that crashed server times a few days ago.

CUBE-RTR uptime is 2 days, 17 hours, 5 minutes
Uptime for this control processor is 2 days, 17 hours, 6 minutes
System returned to ROM by Critical software exception, check bootflash:FCS-CC-CUBE_crashinfo_RP_00_00_20230922-162227-CDT at 22:53:21 CDT Sun Sep 17 2023
System restarted at 16:28:11 CDT Fri Sep 22 2023

But I can't figure out how to access it.   How can I show the crash info in the ssh session and also copy the files to a USB drive?

Post the complete output to the following commands: 

dir
dir crashinfo:
dir flash:core

Thank you Leo!  I could of swore I tried dir flash:core but I guess I didn't.   And the answer was staring at me right there in the face.

I think I was focused too much on the sh ver saying "check bootflash:xxxxxx"

I was able to get them copied off the router.

Different platforms AND different firmware version store crashinfo in different location as a "standard".
