Hello
Looking in the bgp table can show you multipaths entries to the same prefix but by default only the best bgp preferred route will be entered in the route table and by the sounds of it ISP A is your preferred wan interface for this prefix.

* Valid entry

So my question is why i can't get traceroute out put from other interface by making as source .
Sounds like ISP B interface isnt known for traceroute to reply.
Are you advertising your connected interfaces in bgp?
