Hi,
I am planing to stack 3 C1300-48fp-4g, so i have several questions about it.
1) Does it matter which SFP transiver i use? (Ethernet or Optical)
2) What is max distance for stacking ?

Look at the stacking document and video :
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aADaH38e_X8
In technical most of the stacking will around in the same comms room to make sevarl Physical in to Logical switch.
So we expecte them to be less than 10Meter most use case.
2) What is max distance for stacking ? - I believe this is based on the media you using, but as i mentioned use case above to get more redundancy being single place.

C1300-48FP-4G switches are all 1G switches, so I don't think they can be stacked. 10G ports are required for stacking.
