CDP doesn't work on my ASR1002

Dear good morning, I come to you with a problem and see if someone had the same problem

cdp doesn't work for me on my ASR1002 router, if I enable it in global configuration with cdp run it doesn't work I don't see anything connected to my router, it only works if I enable it on the interface (cdp enable) that the other computer is connected to.

I clarify that the teams are cisco

the IOS that has the ASR asr1000rp1-adventerprisek9.03.13.03.S.154-3.S3-ext.bin

You can also enable per inteface level and check, make sure other side also enabled ?

cdp enable

still not working, post the config

show run

show cdp

show cdp neigh

I would say this is correct, For rtrs I have always needed to be enable CDP specifically on the interrace for it to begin actively participate with neighbor discovery.
