Cellular profile got inactive after reboot

Hi All

I have a Cisco router with P-5GS6-GL PIM card and a LTE connection problem. it worked fine but after I rebooted the router and shut/ no shut the cellular interface, no connection came up and the profile stock was in an "INACTIVE" state

I thought that maybe the problem was because of unsync clock, so I fixed the clock by adding it manually (unfortunately I don't know why the GPS ntp reference did not work and did not show any configuration under controller cellular 0/4/0)

controller Cellular 0/4/0

 - Use latest available and or advised firmware on the Cisco router and try again ,

Already checked, and there is no recommended firmware for IR1835, but I tried 17.12.1 and 17.9.4. unfortunately, both are the same

another funny thing is if I write erase the configuration and bring up the router via setup, cellular will be up and run, and if I shut/no shut the cellular interface it will down again and not come back up online again.

Hi John, did you ever get a fix or advice on this?
