CER not working on 3850's

CER does not work with WS-C3850-48U   running code version 03.06.03.E

is there an update for this?

You need to be running a minimum of CER 9.0.1.  What version are you using?

Unrelated to CER, I would upgrade your 3850's to 3.6.4E.

we are running CER  ver 10, but we still have no luck on CER working. Does the upgrade of the 3850's to 3.6.4 take care of this issue?

3.6.4 is a gold star release.  I had a lot of issues with 3850's earlier on, so when I see people talking about problems and they aren't running a gold star release it is one of the first things I tell them to do.  It often resolves all sorts of issues.
