Have tried to insert a WIC-1SHDSL-V3 into a 1841(revision 5) and i get the following error

What Cisco model do you have ?

What Cisco IOS are you running ?

I was running c1841-ipbase-mz.124-1c and have now upgraded to c1841-ipbasek9-mz.124-5 which has fixed the problem.
