HI,
I have a HWIC-2T interface card and I am trying to make it use Channel #2 (64k) to connect to other branch office.
The command below is not available:
controller E1 0/1/0
channel-group 1 timeslots 1
channel-group 2 timeslots 2
Please help.

That is purely a serial interface and does not support channelization of any type.
It does not even have a controller E1 configuration mode, so you are confiused about something here.
