Hello,
We have a new site with 50 Mb Ethernet MPLS circuit (not internet circuit) without connecting any hosts. Any idea how we test it to make sure if the ISP provide the right bandwidth to us?
Regards,
Joe

You need hosts to test circuit performances.

You can use a traffic generator. There are stand alone products, but for simple capacity testing, there are PC test generator too.
A simple test is throw 100 Mbps to the other side and "see" if you get 50 Mbps.
