I configured the Cisco 1921 DHCP server but does not lease an IP address to the host....

Try to re enable dhcp service on your router

#service dhcp command under configuration-terminal.

Info:- Cisco Packet Tracert worked for me but on the physical router it didn't work, what is the issue....

Is it possible you can post the run cfg of the real router, Also a simple topology diagram showing the rtr to client physical connection?
