Cisco 2960 Firmware upgrade

Hi, 

 

I want to upgrade iso from 12.2(53)SE2 to higher version for  WS-C2960-24PC-L model switch.  please anyone tell me which one higher version is better and how to download new version iso?? 

 

In https://software.cisco.com/  4 type of file showing 1) LAN BASE & LAN LITE  2)LAN BASE WITH WEB BASED DEV MGR and LITE

which one i should  download or support ???  

 

switch model is attached PFA.

The most stable IOS version for the 2960/2960G are 12.2(55)SE or 15.0(2)SE.

Download the TAR file and use the recommended method of updating the firmware: 

archive download-sw tftp://<TFTP_IP ADDRESS>/<IOS_FILENAME>.tar

IMPORTANT:  Do not forget to read the Release Notes.
