cisco 3850 switch is not power up

Hi Team,

        cisco 3850 switch is not power up, i have powered it up 

       backside i have checked AC and PS LED blinking in Green color, but remaining stack nest small power LED is not blinking, 

      Is That any Hardware Issue, 

    Team pls suggest me to troubleshoot it

     I need to power up my switch

if the PSU you can see the LED Green and you do not see any LED on front, that mean this switch has some issue with board.

if this is in contract raise TAC for RMA>
