Cisco 7206VXR CPU problem

I have a problem with 7206VXR CPU:

I think CiscoWorks (used for network monitoring) is trying to copy IOS from this router (or something similar). Is there any way to kill this process?

Stop the monitoring application.

If problem remains, reload router.
