These messages occur repeatedly on a Cisco 877. What do they mean?
Apart from POE = power over Ethernet.
Is it a hardware fault - returnable to Cisco?

Hi ,
these messages are related to the Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) module. Are you using one?
If you use the PoE module, connect all four Ethernet cables on the PoE module to the four LAN Ethernet ports on the Cisco 870 Series router.(It is important to connect ALL FOUR Ethernet cables).
To ensure proper PoE module operation, first connect ALL 4 cables to the switch ports. Then, apply power to the PoE module. Do not connect the PoE module power supply to the PoE module before you connect the PoE module to the router.
Here is the link for Connect the Power-over-Ethernet Module to the Cisco 87x Series Router:
Hope it helps you.
Thanks,
Satish
