Hi,
Does anybody know whether Cisco 887's support DLSW? If so does the 887 platform require additional licenses? I have a customer who needs to use DLSW for their IBM SNA traffic.

Go to Cisco Feature Navigator so you'll be able to determine what IOS supports DLSW. From there, you can be able to determine what router can support DLSW.

Does anybody know if the Cisco 3560x is capable of supporting dlsw or required another license to enable the feature, tried the feature navigator but the 3560 is not on the list of platforms?

You will need a router for that, 3560 is a switch.

The lowest end device found is the late great 1601-04 series router.
the 3560 is just a layer 3 switch. DLSW generally requires a router.
For current devices, the 1905 is listed as supporting DLSW+
