Hi all,
I was recently given a Cisco 891F-K9 router and I'd like to use it to setup a home lab. I'm fairly new to networking so I'm not going for anything complicated, just basic Internet access and I'm assuming the GE LAN ports 0 - 7 can be used to connect to PCs and other devices once everything is configured?
I've made the connection from the Cisco 891F-K9 router on GE WAN 8 to my Verizon router's LAN port.
Would I be able to use the SFP port instead of GE WAN 8? Is there any benefit?
Looking for some help in how to get started with getting this setup properly.
