Cisco 9500 License

we have 2 cisco 9500-32QC and have stackwise-vitual. all of them have smart account license scheme. In the next output you can see that Switch-acitve licenses are in AUTHORIZED mode and Switch-stanby licenses are in EVALUATION mode:

is the device still reachable to cisco smart license server ?

• Authorized State
  • This is the expected state when device is using an entitlement and is in Compliance (no negative balance), 
  • The Virtual Account on CSSM had the correct type and number of licenses to authorize the consumption of the device’s licenses
  • At the end of 30 days, the device will send a new request to CSSM to renew the authorization.
  • Has a time span of 90 days after which (if not successfully renewed) is moved to Authorization Expired state.

Thanks for your recommendation.

Currently, When I access the device via the console port, the result is as above and Virtual accounts on CSSM have correct and sufficient number of device license permissions.

is this satellite License server on-prem ? or connecting to Cisco smart License Server.

is this device able to communicated to cisco License server ? yes or no ? please check.

you may have license, but device need to contact License server and validate.

Both switches are running redundancy with stackwise-virtual configuration so both switches share the same management ip and I also use this management ip to connect to the cisco license server.
+ switch-active: then get enough license
Switch-stanby: Can not get the license and there is a warning UNREGISTERED
So I am wondering if I should use comnand (license smart register idtoken <TOKEN> force) on the switch-standby device.

what about asking for a maintenance window and trying to make the standby active ( switchover ) to see if in this way it is able to register?

Thanks for your recommandation, It's worth a try. I have deregister and re-register licenses smart but ineffective.
Can you help me with the switch-over command to not affect the service during execution?

we run many SVL Cat 9500 - never observed this issue, both share same management IP that is correct.

we run this code - 16.12.01c
