Cisco ASR 1K Migration from IOS-XE ADVANCED ENTERPRISE to Universal

Hello All

Actually we have 4 ASR 1006-X which running IOX-XE 3.16.05 and want to upgrade them form ADVANCED ENTERPRISE to new Universal.

is there any upgrade / migration procedure to do that

as i know because of our ADVANCED ENTERPRISE IOS-XE we dont have any licenses for features we are use, but for Universal we need to have license.
