Cisco ASR1000 Unknown SPA Interface Processor after upgrade to 16.9.5

hello , i upgrade our Cisco ASR1006 to 16.3 ,

after upgrading system and hw-model, 

the system can't see any interfaces, 

the card line(ASR1000-6TGE) is set on slot 2

What does the logs say?  If the SPA has failed it will show up in the logs.

please check logging and if you have any command i can exce it and show you te results

Downgrading ROMMON?  That is very dangerous.  Try upgrading to 17.3(1r) instead. 

Any reason why the router was upgraded to 16.9.5 when 16.9.8 was the last release?

 

That no reason to upgrade it , i only need to run router with any version

Upgrade the ROMMON (like what the other forum recommended) and upgrade the firmware of the router.  It could be a bug.

Then it is confirmed that the SPA is faulty.

hi , Curious about the topic ,the cardline was working fine before upgrade rom and still now when insert cardline to router , all light is green
