Hello evryone, i have bought twice days ago this router for a vdsl2+ home connection. The problem i think is the controller vdsl, which connects only on profile 17a instead of 35b. This is the limit of this type of chipset or i just need to upgrade the firmware to reach 35b profile?(btw i dont have a contract account, so i dont know how to resolve the firmware problem).

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

you need either the C1112 or the C1113:

C1112 and C1113

● G.FAST (spectrum up to 106MHz) Annex A, Annex B, Annex M and compatible with ADSL2/2+ and VDSL2.
● ITU G.993.2 (VDSL2) and supported profiles: 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d, 12a, 12b, 17a, and 35b.
● ITU G.9700/9701/997.2 G.FAST and supported profiles: 106a, and 106b.

Hello,

as far as I recall,17a is the highest the 900 series can go. For G.Fast/35b, you need a 1000 or 1100 router.

Check Table 5 in the linked datasheet:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/routers/900-series-integrated-services-routers-isr/q-and-a-c67-741630.html

Thanks for replace, thats a really bad notice, so if i buy a ISR 1100 4p dual GE SFP im sure the 35b profile will be inisde? i just wondering because in the specific under G.FAST section there is a NA instead of yes or no.
