how can i verify if a cisco HWIC-4T serial card type is V1, V2 or V3?

Hello @Shivadre,
If you know the product serial number, you can use Cisco's Product Identification Tool (https://cway.cisco.com/sncheck/) to retrieve information about the product, including its version.
Also, if the Cisco device is powered on you might be able to retrieve information about the installed HWIC-4T version using command #show inventory as @Kasun Bandara said.

sh inventory is one of the commands, if the router IOS version supports it.
Otherwise, look at the model number of the WIC and it will also specify the hardware revision number. IF the WIC card is very old, it will not specify.
