Does Cisco 3800 routers support DS3 or T3 Technology. If not, What Cisco Router will support DS3 or T3 Card?

Yes it does, NM-1T3/E3. The next bigger router is the 7200.

3800 Series routers sure does support DS3 cards. Look under table 3 in the link below.

Use Cisco Feature Navigator tool on CCO and select the 'search by platform' option and to configure the hardware. Here's the link..

Eventhough 3824 supports T3, but what does it refer to in a model comparison chart that 3824 only supports 1/2 T3 (Services at Line Rate) while 3845 supports T3 (Services at line rate.

It means full and half-duplex connectivity at DS3/E3 rate (44.736 MHz/ 34.368 MHz)
