Break the boot into ROMMON.

Download the firmware into a USB flash drive. 

Insert the flash drive into the router and use the command "boot usbflash0:filename.bin"

I'm sorry Leo I cannot download  it it says that I need to have a "Valid Service Contract" I need to get it wit CISCO if I bought it directly; but since this Router was here an the previous IT guy left without any information about this router I'm stuk!!

you need to set up the boot variable,.   can you go into rommon mode and check to see what files are there?  Then boot from any of the files. or previous image.     can you take screenshot of files that are there?
