We ordered a T1 from an upstart company. We now have an OC-12 box on our server racks. What if anything should I infer from this. Has the upstart company set up residence without a lease???? Should I go ahead an take a look see what all is provisioned or planned for provisioning??? What is the difference between squatting and homesteading??

i am in the process of running new fiber to another building and moving ONS15327 demarc.

is there easy way of doing this without moving original equipment? can you set up a duplicate ONS with the same ip and when you pull fiber and decommision the original, plug the fiber in to the duplicate and bring it up. i have never moved one just installed new ones.
