I suggest to delete this post, and create a new with a more meaningful title than "Helpful votes are changing" ?

Unfortunately your information is a bit vague so it's difficult to even tell what your actual problem is.
Do you mean ethernet collisions on the ethernet interface of the router?

The most common cause of collisions is duplex mismatch - one end thinks the link is full duplex and the other end thinks it's half-duplex.  That is usually caused by one end having speed and duplex hard configured while the other is configured for auto-negotiation.  So if that is the case then check your interface configurations on both sides of the link.  The general rule is that both should be auto or both hard coded to the same settings.  In the past there have been some specific bugs on specific hardware and code versions which required different workarounds or software updates but that was on IOS based platforms not RV products which I have not worked with before.

Also make sure all your device firmware/software/drivers is fully up to date.
